Who processes your data

What data we process
Via the contact form: name, email, company name, optional phone and website URL, plus your message content (project type, budget, description). Technical data: IP address and browser data in server logs (max 30 days).
Why we process data
We process your data to handle quote requests, communicate about your project, and — if you consent — maintain anonymous website statistics. Legal basis: pre-contractual measures (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) and legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
Retention period
We retain contact data for up to 2 years after last contact, unless legally required to keep it longer. Server logs are deleted after 30 days.
Sharing with third parties
We do not sell your data. We only share data with hosting and email providers acting as processors (Art. 28 GDPR). Hosting is within the EU/EEA.
Your rights
You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict processing, data portability and object (Art. 15–21 GDPR). Send requests to privacy@cleanbyte.nl. We respond within 30 days.
Security
We apply appropriate technical and organisational measures: HTTPS, access control, regular updates and encrypted backups. No method is 100% secure; report suspicious activity to us immediately.
